Step-by-Step Library Acquisitions
When you are logged into the Whitehots system, it is simple to create a new shopping cart to which you can add your selected titles for your library acquisitions.

1. Simply click on Create New Cart, and enter a name for the cart into the text box provided. This cart will automatically become your default or selected cart, indicated in red at the top of your list of Active Carts.
2. Rather than searching out the possible acquisitions and adding them to your cart one by one, navigate to the main page by clicking on Main in the menu bar at the top.
3. Select a Hotlist from the wide range of options, including various genres, latest releases, and even special orders such as large print title lists.
4. Once your list has opened, scroll to the bottom of the list and click on the button that says Add all books to my list. Without even refreshing the page, all of the books in the Hotlist you chose are instantly added to your cart.
5. At this point you can go in and select how many copies you would like of each title and you can still add more titles that you personally select from the Whitehots collection.
