Whitehots standard policy is to pay for the return and to replace any damaged product resulting from an error on our part, or that of our suppliers. We do not accept the return of items that are damaged due to general wear and tear or misuse.
Please download and complete a Returns Request form, then send it to email@example.com as soon as possible. If necessary, we will make the arrangements with CanPar for the return of the damaged product and place a no-charge replacement copy on order for you. If an ordering error has occurred and the product is in resalable condition (unprocessed/damage free), we will be happy to accept the product return and credit your account for the full invoiced amount, however the cost of the return will be the customer’s responsibility. We ask that all requests for return take place with six months of receipt of the material.
